The Florida State Yo-Yo Contest brings players from across the state (and beyond) together in an indoor amusement park for a day of competition, community and fun. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping on stage for the very first time, there’s a division for you.
Divisions include:
• 1A, Dual Hand (2A & 3A), 4A, 5A
• Sport Freestyle (Youth & Adult)
• Trick Ladder (Beginner, Advanced, Open)
• Doc Lucky’s Duos
• Beginner’s Luck Trick Contest
• Plus, Kendama Trick Ladder & an “Expression Session” Performance Division
The contest takes place right outside The Pinball Palace attraction near Cinemark. With more than 800,000 sq. ft. of attractions, Dezerland offers one of the largest Auto Museums in the world, valued at over $200 million, go karting, trampoline park, laser tag, virtual reality, arcade, axe throwing, mini-golf, bowling and more. There is no admission fee for those looking to hang out, watch and cheer on their favorite yo-yo players.
